Maintenance of CCTV and security access systems

The Services required include the provision of:
· Preventative and/or Preventative Maintenance with shared risk liability component which includes a shared risk liability component;
· Fault rectification and repair; and
· Ad-hoc services such as minor installations and replacements
One (1) industry briefing will be held for this RFT process (Industry Briefing) on Wednesday 2 October 2013. Attendance at the Industry Briefing is very strongly recommended.
To obtain details of the Industry Briefing tenderers need to register electronically, by email, with the Contact Officer by 5.00pm Tuesday 1 October 2013. Each tenderer will only be allowed to register the names of up to two of its personnel to attend the Industry Briefing.
1. The tenderer or any subcontractor proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.
2. The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers and that the tenderer complies with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers including the Fair Work Act 2009, and obligations under relevant work health and safety laws.
3. The tenderer or any subcontractor proposed in the tender is not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
4. The tenderer or any subcontractor proposed in the tender has no unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions (not including decisions under appeal) made against the tenderer or proposed subcontractor relating to employee entitlements.
Services are to be delivered for a period of 3 years commencing November 2013 with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 1 year.
