PROVISION OF ICT PRODUCTS
The purpose of the panel will be to provide an efficient framework that will ensure the AFP obtains products and associated services across the following categories:
Business productivity products; Communications, networking and telephony products; Data Centre infrastructure products; Data storage, backup and mid-range server products; Geospatial information systems products; Information technology peripheral products; Information technology security products. A more detailed description of each product category is provided in Schedule 3 to this RFT.
The terms and conditions in relation to the provision of products are set out in the AFP product standing offer terms (terms) issued with this tender.The AFP does not intend to negotiate the terms with successful tenderers and tenders will only be accepted by the AFP on the basis of full compliance with the terms.
Subject to paragraph 10.2 of this RFT, the AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if the AFP considers that the Tender does not comply with the following conditions:paragraph 2.6 and paragraph 4.2.Industry Briefing: Please refer to paragraph 9 of the RFT for details of the Industry Briefing session.
