ASIC is seeking to appoint a single Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) organisation to work as part of ASIC's People and Development team to provide recruitment and selection services.

Conditions for Participation:

The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).

There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim.
