Invitation To Register Interest for the Managing Contractor tender for the Treasury Building Base Building Refurbishment project.

- The tenderer’s attention is drawn to clause 1.4 Timeframe of the ITR Terms and Conditions V2. It was the intention to target an MC award date of mid-December 2017 with construction anticipated to ideally commence in part over the Christmas shutdown period.
Tenderers are to note that it is now targeted to award the MC contract in January / February 2018.
