Request for Tender to establish a Panel for the provision of Project Advisory and Management Services in Support of Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Programs

The Australian Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaCSIA) invites suitably qualified organisations to tender for the provision of contract services to establish a Panel for the provision of Project Advisory and Management Services in support of indigenous housing and infrastructure Programs.
The Australian Government is undertaking a suite of major reforms aimed at supporting significant improvements to Indigenous housing, particularly in remote Australia. Safe and appropriate housing is an essential part of ensuring better outcomes in health, education, employment and community safety.
A panel of service providers with the capability to provide specialist project advisory and management services will be established to support Indigenous housing and infrastructure programs. Services will be required in both an advisory or strategic role and for the management of specific projects. The panel will comprise organisations that have demonstrated the requisite experience, capability, and depth of resources from which FaCSIA can draw the necessary specialist services in accordance with specific project requirements.
Required Services:
The Panel will consist of organisations with the demonstrated capability to provide any or all of the following five (5) services. Organisations may provide services directly or through sub-contract arrangements.
1. Project Advice;
2. Project Management;
3. Cost Management/Quantity Surveying;
4. Land Survey activities; and
5. Construction Advisor.
