Description:

ASIC IT is currently undertaking a strategic transformation of the delivery of services to its Business where end user experience monitoring is one of the key indicators of service delivery performance. This procurement will be designed to implement a managed service which provides a monitoring tool that will track performance measures, and provide an assessment of the end user-experience.

The draft form of contract will be released through an addendum by COB 2 June 2015

Conditions for Participation:

The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012(Cth)
