Re-tendering exercise for creative and design panel
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
In 2009 Centrelink and a group of participating Agencies established a panel for creative and design services, as part of a wider collaborative procurement program for print and related services. The panel became effective on 30 October 2009.
The current panel expires on 29 October 2011. Centrelink is re-advertising the panel and calling for new tenders.
The new panel will be a replacement of the existing panel. All current panel members will be required to respond to this RFT if they wish to be part of the new panel.
Tenderers may apply for inclusion on one or more of an expected 10 categories of service:

2. Graphic Design & Layout
3. Forms Design
4. Web Design & Development
5. Authoring
6. Editorial
7. Translation
8. Photography & Film
9. Scanning
10. Multimedia Editing
The arrangements allow for other Australian government Agencies to access the panel on an opt-in, voluntary basis. The 31 current participating Australian government Agencies are:

The creative and design panel does not represent a whole of government arrangement, and is not part of the coordinated procurement and contracting framework administered by the Department of Finance and Deregulation.
The Tenderer is not a member of the print management panel administered by Centrelink on behalf of the Participating Agencies.
