Provision of Labour Hire Panel Arrangement
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
Appointment of a new Labour Hire panel of providers to deliver an extensive range of job families on an 'as required' basis. Depending on the business requirements of the ATO the services may be required to be delivered on a local, regional and/or national level.
Please note that it is the ATO's preference that providers have the capacity to deliver services nationally.
The term of the Labour Hire Panel arrangement will be for an initial 3 years with 2 x 1 year extension options (to be used at the discretion of the ATO)
In accordance with 13.23 Request for Tender Part 3, Section 1, Conditions for Participation
The Labour Hire Panel Arrangment will be established for an initial period of 3 years, with 2 x 1 year extension options
NB: Extenion options will be used at the sole discretion of the ATO.
