Expert Consultancy Panel

The ACCC is seeking to establish a non exclusive panel to engage service providers with the appropriate personnel, skills, qualifications and experience to support its roles and function.
The ACCC is seeking consultants with one or more relevent skill sets including:
- finance;
- economics;
- accounting;
- engineering; and/or
- specialist industry and market expertise for example telecommunications, export\import supply chain, water.
The RFT comprises of three parts:
a) Part 1- The terms and conditions for the RFT including the draft Deed of standing offer and the draft Contract terms and conditions.
b) Part 2 - The Statement of Requirement
c) Part 3 - Response form to be completed by Tenderers
Each part will be posted as a seperate document. Tenderers are to ensure they have downloaded all Parts of the RFT
- The Tenderer is not bankrupt or insolvent at the time of submitting its Tender; and
- the Tenderer is not subject to an unpaid judicial decision against them relating to employee entitilements, not including decisions under appeal, at the time of submitting its Tender.
The Panel will have an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend for an additional 2 years.
