This project requires the consultants to monitor, evaluate and report the impacts of water trade in the southern Murray-Darling Basin (MDB) from the 2006/07 to the 2010/11 water years.
To this end, the consultants are required to review, apply and report on the monitoring and evaluation framework developed for the National Water Commission (the Commission) in the 2010 report 'The impacts of water trading in the southern Murray-Darling Basin: An economic, social and environmental assessment'.
