The tenderer confirms thatin dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, and complies withCommonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), and Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 (Cth) and obligations under relevant occupational health and safety laws. |

The Commonwealth Cleaning Services Guidelines apply to this procurement. The tenderer must provide information and evidence on how they will comply with the mandatory practices for an Australian Government Cleaning Services Contract (AGCSC). |
