Request for Tender for the establishment of the Research, Evaluation and Data (READ) Panel
The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Social Services is seeking to establish the Research, Evaluation and Data (READ) panel to replace the Social Policy Research and Evaluation Panel. The new READ panel will be used to streamline procurement of services within four (4) Service Categories in the following areas of expertise:
a. Social Policy Research Services Category;
b. Evaluation and Programme Review Services Category;
c. Investment in Data Services Category; and
d. Professional Development Services Category.
There are no Conditions for Participation applying to this RFT.
The READ Panel is intended to become operational on or about 3 January 2017. The Panel will be established for a three (3) year term, with the option for two (2) further periods of up to 12 months.
