The Department intends to establish a panel of suitable service providers, who may provide all or some of the services. The Department requires research and analysis services on a range of environmental, social, cultural and economic issues.

The panel arrangement for the provision of services is expected to commence on 1 July 2014 and conclude on 30 June 2017, with the option of up to two (2) 12 month extension options.
