Provision of Individual Enrolment and Authentication Services to the Australian Taxation Office

Provision of Individual Enrolment and Authentication Services for the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) which will enable individuals to submit on-line forms and attend a face to face interview at a convenient location to produce their proof of identity documentation for checking.
The ATO is seeking to engage highly client-oriented Service Providers who demonstrate they have (or have the ability to quickly establish) a large national shopfront presence within Australia's geographically dispersed community. The ability to provide access facilities to cover the majority of Australia's larger population centres on both city and regional basis is a core requirement for this tender.
The Conditions of Participation are outlined in Clause 3.2 in Part One, Conditions of Tender - General of this RFT.

The contract will commence in late March to April 2012 with full implementation of all services under the contract from 1 July 2012.
The term of the contract will be for three (3) years with a further three x one year options.
