Austrade is seeking to create a Panel of suppliers to provide recruiting and support services across all areas of operation within Austrade’s global network. Services may be required by any Austrade Office location within Australia and overseas.

The conditions for participation are that:
- the Tenderer must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) or, if named, the Tenderer must provide to Austrade a letter of compliance from the Director of Workplace Gender Equality prior to the date by which Tenders are to be accepted;
- the Tenderer must not have had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements where it has not satisfied any resulting order;
- the Tenderer and its proposed subcontractors must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, under administration or in receivership;
- the Tenderer and its proposed subcontractors must not be named on the consolidated list of sanctioned individuals or entities maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945, the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011, and other associated Acts and regulations; and
- the Tenderer must indicate substantial compliance with the terms and conditions of Austrade’s Draft Deed of Standing Offer.
