The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) wishes to engage the services of suitably qualified providers of architectural services under a Deed of Standing Offer Panel arrangement at Parliament House.
The architectural services required include but are not limited to:
- architectural design services;
- space planning and interior design services;
- ad-hoc architectural advice;
- fabric and materials advice; and
- furniture advice.

The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, revised September 2005, reissued June 2006, apply to this project.
Other Conditions for Participation are as defined in the Request for Tender documentation.

It is expected that the panel arrangement will be in place in April 2009.
