MERCANTILE AGENT(S) SERVICE FOR DEBT RECOVERY
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
The following outlines the scope of work that is required to meet Centrelink’s requirements:
(a) recovery of outstanding debt with a value of $20.00 or more;
(b) provision of a Service Management Operation (SMO);
(c) business management reporting;
(d) quarterly performance management review meetings;
(e) money management of recovered debts in accordance with all applicable legislation, guidelines and regulations of Centrelink; and
(f) meeting of security and privacy requirements.
1 Tenders must include confirmation that Tenderers offer to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Agencies in accordance with clause 10 in Part 1 of this RFT
2 Tenders must include a copy of the Tenderer's Quality Assurance accreditation, ISO standard or indicate full compliance in their Tenders with the requirements in the Draft Contracts to achieve the necessary Quality Assurance accreditation, ISO standard within a 12 month period of time from the signature date of the contract
3 Tenders must include evidence of necessary licensing in each State and Territory. In the case where tenderers are currently applying for the necessary licensing requirements these licenses must be produced before contract negotiations commence
