Description:

The Authentication Development and Support Team maintains, enhances and provides support for the single secure sign-on system used for business-to-government online services known as AUSkey. In addition, this team supports the ATO’s legacy products CSI (common-use signing interface) and PKI (public key infrastructure system).
This Team recently lost key PKI and Cryptographic skilled staff and a specified person (Contractor) with the relevant skills is required to provide ongoing support to ATO systems.
This new requirement is for a one specified person to perform the role which will be located in the ATO’s Canberra Offices.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers will refer to Clause 5.4 Commonwealth Policy and Legislation and in particular sub clauses 5.4.5 to 5.4.7 in relation to new legislation and the Australian Government Fair Work Principles. Failure to include the Statutory Declaration with your submission will exclude the Tenderer from the process.

It is also a condition for participation that Tenderers submit only one Candidate per Part 3 – Tender Response Form.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The Specified Personnel, pending any security clearance requirements will be required to start as soon as possible, with the Contract end date 12 months from commencement of the services.

The contract will include one (1) x 12 month extension option exercised at the Tax Office’s sole discretion.
