Description:

The Tenderer must provide an Employment Services SMS Service ('ES SMS Service'). This service consists of a standard SMS service ('Standard SMS Service') and an ad hoc SMS service ('Ad Hoc').

The purpose of the ES SMS Service is to ensure that DEEWR's clients and Stakeholders are informed of their employment services obligations and/or provided with information which is relevant to them.

The volume of SMS messages is 7 to 10 million per annum.

The Employment Services Hotline for further information enquiries operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Australian Capital Territory Time), excluding ACT and national public holidays.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Services to commence at approximately 30 September 2013 with an initial term to 30 June 2015.
