2.2.1 Centrelink is issuing this RFT to establish a panel of suitably qualified organisations and individuals to supply general management consulting services. Centrelink encourages individuals with specific expertise in the various disciplines, as described below, to submit Tender responses.
2.3.1 The Services include, but are not limited to:
a) Strategic Planning;
b) Corporate Governance;
c) Organisational Framework Design and Organisational Change Management;
d) Workplace Relations (including OHS);
e) Project Management;
f) Insurance and Risk Management;
g) Financial Management, Accounting and Taxation
h) Change Management (General);
i) General Management Consulting;
j) Training Needs;
k) Procurement Support Services and Advice; and
l) Call Centre Management.
2.3.2 Services that are currently excluded from this RFT are:
a) Audit;
b) Legal;
c) Recruitment;
d) Probity;
e) Market Research (including Stakeholder Analysis); and
f) IT System Integration.

Tenderers must register their contact details on the AusTender website (www.tenders.gov.au) and immediately download the tender package for this RFT, even if the documentation for this RFT was obtained from other sources.
Only Tenderers who have registered their interest via the AusTender website will be directly advised of alteration, correction or notice in relation to this RFT. However, all alterations, corrections and notices will be available on AusTender and from the Contact Officer.
Centrelink will accept no responsibility if a Tenderer fails to become aware of any alteration, correction or notice, which would have been apparent from a visit to the AusTender website or from other information available from the Contact Officer.
Accordingly, Tenderers are advised to:
i) check the AusTender website from time to time for any addenda that may have been issued; and
ii) ensure they ‘refresh’ their web browser (by pressing the ‘Refresh’ button on their browser screen) to ensure they access the most up-to-date website information.

8.1.2 It is mandatory that Tenderers indicate within Table 1, provided below [please refer to the RFT documentation], using ticks or crosses the locations that they are able to provide the Services. Tenderers capable of providing the Services in all Centrelink Areas should tick the first box provided and need not tick any other boxes.
8.1.4 It is mandatory that Tenderers provide evidence of their current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances and the amount of those insurances. (Details can be provided in the insurance table provided in Statement A, below [please refer to the RFT documentation], and copies of current certificate/s must be provided with each Tenderer`s response). The acceptable degree of insurance coverage (both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances) will be determined on a case-by-case basis in each project brief.
