Description:

The Department is seeking tenders from suitably skilled and experienced organisations interested in entering into panel arrangements for the provision of select recruitment services.The nature of those services comprises:

a. Contracting "labour hire" staff
b. Executive search
c. Scribing services (ACT only)

Reflecting the disparity of the services required, the Department does not require that tenderers have the capability to supply all three of the above services, although they may. Consideration will be given to providers who have specific expertise in the supply of scribing services only. Accordingly, the Department proposes to establish a panel for services (a) and (b) above together (Panel 1) and separate panel for services (c) (Panel 2).
