To be eligible to receive the Tender Request, Tenderers must have an Australian Business Number or foreign equivalent.

Where the Tender Registration Documents are submitted via facsimile, the organisation should also send an original executed copy via postal mail as soon as is practical.
Comcover expects to release the Tender Request documents to organisations that have correctly completed and submitted the registration documents and signed the relevant deed poll on Monday 24 October 2005.
The closing date for responses to the Tender Request is anticipated to be 4.00pm (Canberra local time) on Monday 21 November 2005.
·a requirement for Tenderers to have an Australian Business Number or foreign equivalent.
·a requirement for Tenderers to submit with their Tender a signed Statutory Declaration to the effect that, amongst other things, the Tenderer is financially viable, has fully understood the terms and conditions of the Tender Request, and intends to make a formal offer through the submission of the Tender.
