Description:

The Australian Department of Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaCSIA) invites suitably qualified organisations to tender for the provision of a select panel of head contractors to undertake office accommodation fitout projects at various locations around Australia. The tender relates to the provision of construction management services generally relating to planning, programming, procurement of trade packages, site management, co-ordination, safety management, construction and commissioning of various fitout works for FaCSIA which includes, the Office of Indigenous Policy Coordination (OIPC) and its Indigenous Coordination Centres (ICC).

Other Instructions:

Initially successful tenderers would be appointed to the select tender panel via a Deed of Standing Offer. As fitout projects are approved to proceed, projects will be allocated to Panel members at the discretion of FaCSIA in accordance with the tendered fee schedules.

Conditions for Participation:

The conditions for participation are compliance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, Equal Opportunity for Women and Occupational Health & Safety requirements as identified within the RFT.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The duration of the Deed of Standing Offer will be for an initial two year period with FaCSIA having an option to extend for an additional one year.
