DCITA - REQUEST FOR TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDIA MONITORING SERVICES - BUNDLED DELIVERY

The Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts (DCITA) is seeking to obtain a comprehensive digital monitoring service for print and electronic media across all DCITA’s activities and areas of responsibility.
The successful Service Provider will be chosen on the basis of its ability to consistently supply relevant and accurate information in a timely fashion from monitoring a range of print media outlets as well as electronic media (ABC and commercial) networks.
This information needs to be supplied in an easily accessible digital format, identified according to categories and keywords supplied by DCITA, able to be indexed, and in a manner compatible with DCITA’s IT system. Information may be required at short notice.
