Description:

The purpose of this RFT is to provide an efficient and effective process by which the Cluster Agencies can receive Tenders from suitably skilled and experienced organisations that can meet the requirements set out in the Statement of Requirement at Annex A of the RFT. Following a joint evaluation by the Cluster Agencies, each Cluster Agency can establish and maintain an appropriate panel of Contractors to meet those requirements in a manner that maximises value for money.
