Submissions are invited from Service Providers that wish to become a member of a panel to supply information and communication technology (ICT) contractors and ancillary staff who will provide services in an information management environment to the Attorney-General`s Department and potentially other agencies within the Attorney-General`s portfolio.

Tenderers must provide sufficient information to enable the Department to clearly identify the entity with which it will contract.
Tenderers must provide sufficient information to enable the Department to clearly identify that the Tenderer mets financial conditions, including on-going financial viability.
Tenderers must have, or plan to obtain, valid and enforceable insurance policies for Public Liability (at least $10 million), Professional Indemnity (at least $5 million) and Workers Compensation as required by law.
Tenderers proposed solution must satisfy the Statement of Requirement.
Tenderers offers must comply with mandatory legal conditions concerning equal opportunity for women in the workplace, illegal workers, and commercial confidentiality provisions.
Tenderers will have currently, or have obtained by the end of the tender process, Endorsed Supplier Status from the Department of Finance and Administration.

The initial term of the contract will be for three years from date of execution.
