ABS2014.133 Enterprise Wide Learning Management System

The Commonwealth Government of Australia (Commonwealth) represented by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is seeking offers for a national enterprise wide, Learning Management System (here on is known as enterprise wide LMS). The ABS will consider either of the following two options:
· Internally hosted solution within the ABS environment with capacity to be scalable and allow external learner access; and/or
· Solution hosted externally within a cloud environment, integrating with the ABS environment.
The ABS is seeking to contract for an initial period of 3 years. The ABS may extend the contract for further 2 periods of up to 12 months each. The anticipated total contract period, including any possible extensions, is 5 years.
