Request for Tender for an Integrated Budget Solution
The Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs is seeking a service provider for the provision of:
• A budget management software Solution that will support both the external and internal budget management requirements (excluding planning and forecasting);
• Software maintenance and support;
• Training of software users; and
• Professional services for the installation, configuration and integration of the procured software.
An industry briefing will be held at 10am local time on Friday 14 June 2013 at the Auditorium, Building B, Tuggeranong Office Park, Soward Way (cnr Athllon Drive), Greenway ACT 2905.
Attendance at the industry site briefing is recommended but not mandatory.
Tenderers should indicate if they intend to attend the briefing by providing written details of the name, company and position of each person attending to the Departmental RFT Officer by 11am on Thursday 13 June 2013. Attendees who have not been notified to the Departmental RFT Officer by this time may be refused entry to the industry briefing.
The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not be named by the Director of Workplace Gender Equality in a report to the responsible Minister as an employer currently not complying with the reporting requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.
The Mandatory Requirements are set out in Schedule 3. Each Solution proposed by the Tenderer must satisfy each of the applicable Mandatory Requirements.
The Department's objective is for the Contract to commence before the end of September 2013. The integrated budget Solution should be implemented and operational by the end of January 2014, in order to support the upcoming Federal budget cycle.
Following implementation, ongoing Support Services will be required for an initial term of three years. An extension period of one year may be required.
