Comcare are looking to build a working relationship with suitable and experienced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services maintenance provider(s) for ongoing maintenance, repairs, upkeep, administration functions and any resulting project works associated with its tenant services at the National Office, 121 Marcus Clark Street Canberra City.
Accordingly, Comcare invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a tender to conduct the preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and ad-hoc repairs works in a combined package or by individual service discipline on the following:
A. Mechanical services
B. Electrical services
C. Fire services
D. Hydraulic services

Mandatory Site Inspection and Industry Briefing.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers are required to attend a compulsory site inspection and industry briefing, to be held on Monday 23 September 2013 commencing at 10:00am. Tenderers are requested to meet at Level 4 (Reception off Childers Street entrance) 121 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra, ACT 2600.
Tenders will be accepted only from persons or corporations represented at the site inspection and industry briefing.
