Description:

The Australian Public Service Commission administers a panel of providers who deliver high quality leadership, learning and development solutions in building capability across the Australian Public Service. To ensure the panel continues to meet the current and emerging needs of the Service the Commission is establishing a new Leadership, Learning and Development Panel. This new panel will supersede the existing panel and will offer an increased range of services including International development, strategic human resource management and organisational consulting.

Conditions for Participation:

The Conditions for Participation are mandatory requirements, which describe minimum standards that suppliers must meet for their submissions to be considered. If potential suppliers do not meet the Conditions of Participation, they will be excluded from the remainder of the Tender process.
The Conditions for Participation are:
a.       The Tenderer and subcontractors must not be bankrupt or insolvent.
b.      The Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999.
c.       The Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001.
d.      The Tenderer must fully comply with the Terms and Conditions of the RFT.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The Panel will be established for a three-year term, with two options of one year extensions, giving the Panel a maximum life of 5 years.
