Panel Arrangement - National Catering Services

ASIC requires a panel of providers to provide catering services to ASIC offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Traralgon, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth.
1. The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)
2. There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim.
3. Tenderers must provide copies of certificates for: (a)Certification or accreditation it may have i.e Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) or Food Safety Australia and; (b) Registration as a food business under the Department of Health within your local state.
