Panel Arrangement for Transcription and Recording Services

ASIC is seeking to establish a panel of one or more providers who have the necessary skills and capacity to provide recording and transcription services on an 'as needs basis'.
Subject to clause 30, ASIC proposes to enter into a deed of standing offer with the successful tenderer(s) based on the Draft Form of Contract.
The proposed deed will be for an initial term of three years with two options to extend the term at ASIC's discretion. The exercise of each option will extend the term of the proposed deed for a further period of one year.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)
There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim
