ACMA is seeking tenders from experienced recruitment agencies who are:
1. Capable of supplying short-term, non-ongoing (temporary) personnel in the following categories:
a. Administrative Personnel, and
b. Engineering and Technical/Compliance Personnel.
It is expected that these placements will not exceed twelve months. The personnel could be provided for placement as either a non-ongoing employee of ACMA or as a contractor.
2. Able to provide other related recruitment and selection services.
The services are required primarily in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney, but may from time to time be required in other capital cities and regional areas.
ACMA seeks to establish a standing offer arrangement for the above services for a period of three years with an option to extend for one one-year period.
ACMA will consider appointing panel members who specialise in only one of the categories outlined above. or specialise in specific skill sets within a category. ACMA will also consider appointing panel members who can only service a specific State or Territory.
