Welcome to the Australian Government's procurement information system.
AusTender provides centralised publication of Australian Government business opportunities, annual procurement plans, multi-use lists and contracts awarded.
AusTender uses the acronym ATM (Approach to Market) to refer to any business opportunity advertised by Australian Government agencies. By registering your area of business interest in your AusTender profile, you will receive free automatic notification via email of the latest opportunities as they are published.
Notice - From 1 July 2015 the following changes apply to AusTender:
- The Australian Customs and Border Protection Service has merged with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and ceased to exist as a separate entity. The Australian Border Force has been established within the new Department of Immigration and Border Protection. All Australian Customs and Border Protection Service contracts or standing offers expiring on or before 30 June 2015 will remain under Australian Customs and Border Protection Service in AusTender. However, all Australian Customs and Border Protection Service contracts or standing offers valid on or after 1 July 2015 have been transferred to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
- The Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) no longer exists as a Listed Entity and has become the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) within Defence. As a result DMO will no longer have a separate agency profile on AusTender and will be part of the Department of Defence AusTender profile.
- The Administrative Appeals Tribunal has been amalgamated with the Migration Review Tribunal, the Refugee Review Tribunal, and the Social Security Appeals Tribunal to form a new Administrative Appeals Tribunal. For more information, visit www.aat.gov.au
- The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) has become an Executive Agency. For more information, visit www.dto.gov.au
