Electrical Works at Puckapunyal and Graytown Bases.
Cabling Replacement & Electrical Reticulation Repairs.
The intent of this project is to specifically address the following works at each site:
Puckapunyal
- Installing Residual Current Devices (RCD’s) into existing switchboards;
- Replacement of an existing switchboard;
- Replacement of Emergency and Exit safety lighting; and
- Reinstatement of phone lines.
Graytown
- Replacement of intrinsically safe lighting.
The Tender Documents including Contract are loaded on AusTender (under ‘Go to ATM documents’).
The Scope of Works and associated documents have not been uploaded. To obtain the full Scope of Works Documentation, Tenderers are to follow the following process:
1. Click on Go to ATM Documents
2. Download the Tender Documents
3. Print and sign the Confidentiality Agreement.
4. Return the signed copy to the Contact Officer/PDS Contractor noted below via email, with the Agreement scanned to PDF file.
Tenderers are to note that without the Confidentiality Agreement being returned to the Contact Officer/PDS Contractor, the complete Scope of Works Documents are unable to be released.

Industry Briefing:
Potential Tenderers are to meet at the JLL Melbourne Office (Level 21, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne), at 2pm on 10 June 2015.
Tenderers are to bring Government issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license), and register their attendance with the Contact Officer via email 1 business day prior to the site visit (please provide full name, company name and mobile number for personnel who wish to attend). A maximum of 2 persons per company may be in attendance and tenderers should allow 1 hour for the briefing.
The cut-off date for questions pertaining to this Request for Tender is five business days before the tender close date.
The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:
- The Tenderer must complete and return the Confidentiality Agreement.
- The Tenderer must comply with the Building Code 2013 at the time of submitting its registration of interest or if no registration of interest was submitted, at the time of submitting its tender.
- The Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process.
