Educating Managers in Coaching Principles (Coaching for Performance) Program

The Department requires the services of a provider to design, develop and deliver a contemporary learning program to introduce participants to the core skills involved in effective coaching to maximise individual, team and organisational performance.
The program will provide the platform for participants to grow confidence and judgement on how to apply coaching skills as part of regular performance conversations and leadership/management practices. The program should align with current research/ practices in coaching, neuroscience and adult learning.
The department is seeking to implement a program that is delivered through a blended learning solution and maximises participant’s learning through a modularised approach and experiential learning.

Commences on 1 June 2015 and conclude on 31 July 2018 with one (1) year extension option
