Description:

The Department is approaching the market to call for interested parties to tender for the provision of a Simultaneous Interpretation services to support the upcoming ASEAN-Australia Special Summit at a number of venues around the Sydney CBD.

Conditions for Participation:

1. The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 7.3).

2. The Tenderer must not be subject to any court or tribunal decision, direction or order relating to a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law, or workers’ compensation law which has not been stayed or revoked and for which the period for compliance has expired without the Tenderer having complied with the decision, direction or order.
