Expressions of Interest (EOIs) which will be used by the AFP to shortlist for a subsequent restricted Request for Tender (RFT) process to establish a panel of providers.

Supply of munitions as detailed in the below supplier groups;
Supply Group 1 – Pistol Munitions;
Supply Group 2 – Rifle Munitions;
Supply Group 3 – Shotgun Munitions;
Supply Group 4 – Flash Bang Munitions;
Supply Group 5 - OC Munitions;
Supply Group 6 – Dye/Marking Munitions or Equivalent;
Supply Group 7 - Blank Munitions; and
Supply Group 8 – Less Lethal Munitions.

The AFP will exclude an EOI Response from further consideration and inclusion in the subsequent RFT process if it considers that the Response does not meet the Conditions for Participation as detailed in 1.6 of the EOI.
