Description:

You are invited to submit a tender in response to this Request for Tender (RFT) DMOSS R001D to 'Refresh' the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) Support Services Panel (DMOSS), a standing offer panel arrangement.

RFT R001D is aimed at ensuring new skill sets and panellists are able to be considered for inclusion in DMOSS on an 'as-required' basis, while still ensuring that the DMOSS Panel delivers value for money outcomes. These combined aims are directed at ensuring that both, Defence and Industry alike, are appropriately responsive to the needs of the evolving Defence Support Services Industry environment in 2012 and beyond.

DMOSS RFT R001D also includes one new Skill Set, within the new Geospatial Services discipline;

The DMOSS Panel now comprises 98 Skill Sets in 15 Disciplines. All disciplines and skill sets are included for tender via DMOSS RFT R001D. More detailed information, including a list of Skill Sets, is included within DMOSS RFT R001D documents, available for download above.

Prepare your tender in accordance with the Conditions of Tender, using the Tender Response Package.

Complete and sign the 'Declaration by Tenderer', scan to PDF and save to Volume 5 - Supporting Documentation within the Tender Response Package.

Allow sufficient time for tender lodgement, including time that may be required for any problem analysis and resolution prior to the Closing Time.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers must use the Tender Response Package available for download with the RFT Documentation.

Format requirements: Microsoft Word v2003 (or above), and Microsoft Excel v2003 (or above). Supporting documentation may be submitted in PDF format v7 (or above).

Timeframe for Delivery:
