Description:

HQ FORCOMD is seeking to procure the services of an appropriate Service Provider to assist it in developing a web-based First Aid Course, to complement Army's Blended Learning Strategy for future military personnel educational purposes.

The web-based First Aid Course will be designed to provide initial basic first aid training, and subsequent requalification training, occurring every 3 years.
