The Department is seeking proposals for a financial advisor to provide the following Services:
• Provide input into the design, development and quality assurance of a financial model to quantify the magnitude of the losses from NBN non-commercial services through the provision of expert advice on a broad range of financial issues;
• Provide input into the development and quality assurance of a draft and final report drawing findings and conclusions from the financial model including ensuring appropriate articulation and explanation of financial and accounting treatments and assumptions;
• Provide Additional Services as required.
