Refer to Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement) of this RFT.
(a) The Tenderer must, at the date the Tender is submitted, have a membership with the Australian Market and Social Research Organisation for the term of the resulting contract. The Tenderer must, at the date the Tender is submitted, also ensure membership of the Australian Market and Research Society by the Tenderer’s Project Director, or equivalent;
(b) The Tenderer must, at the date the Tender is submitted, have ISO 20252 (International Standard for Market and Social Research) certification; and
(c) The Tenderer must comply with the obligation to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 11 in Part 1 of this RFT and the Draft Contract.
The anticipated engagement date is 1 April 2017, design of the program will commence from this date and surveying from 1 July 2017. These dates are subject to change.
