The Department of Social Services invites suitably qualified organisations to tender for the provision of ICT Metropolitan, Regional and Remote Support within Australia, where sufficiently trained internal IT staff are not present.
The successful Tenderer must be able to provide support to our Metropolitan sites for ICT support for the service, pickup, deployment and general Business as Usual (BAU) and Project Support work in connection with DSS’s ICT equipment.
