Human Factors Specialist
A Human Factors Specialist is required to support the user-centred design process currently being performed for the Operations room of the Future Frigate by the Human Systems team in the Defence Science & Technology (DSTO) Weapons and Combat Systems Division.
The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from futher consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tenderer does not comply with:
a. the Minimum Content and Format Requirements as specified in the Conditions of Tender clause 3.3;
b. the Condtions for Participations as specified in the Conditions of Tender clause 3.4;
c. the Essential Requirements as specified in the Conditions of Tender clause 3.5.1; and
d. the Key Person shall have a degree from an Australian tertiary institution, or a comparable overseas qualifications, in a relevant discipline or experience relevant to the activities required under the statement of work.
The contractor shall possess, or be able to obtain, an Australian security clearance at Negative Vetting 1 by Contract commencement.
