Description:

The Attorney-General's Department is seeking an event manager to provide a broard range of services to manage and support the Security in Government (SIG) Conferences 2011 - 2013. Goods and Services to be provided are; budget and financial services; project management services; speaker, conference delegate and technical management services; sponsorship management services; exhibition trade show management services; onsite conference management and social program services; marketing and publicity services and conference feedback services.

Other Instructions:

The contract is for one year with two one year options to extend. The Contract will commence in February 201. The SIG 2011 Conference is scheduled for 25 - 27 July 2011 in Canberra.

An optional industry briefing is scheduled from 12.30pm on Tuesday 14 December at the Attorney General's Department Central Office, 3-5 National Circuit, Barton ACT 2600. Written notification of attendance is essential and must be sent to SIG2011@ag.gov.au by 11.00am Monday 13 December 2010.

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time, 4:00pm Thursday 23 December 2010.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The SIG 2011 Conference is scheduled from 25 - 27 July 2011 in Canberra. Dates for SIG 2012 and SIG 2013 are still to be confirmed, however it is anticipated that each SIG Conference will be scheduled in July of the corresponding year.

Estimated Value (AUD):

From $2,160,000.00 to $2,260,000.00
