CSIRORFT2016023 Seafloor Drill System (Corer) GAB Marine Survey
CSIRO, through this RFT, seeks to engage suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a portable seafloor drill system (Corer).
The Great Australian Bight Marine Program (Program) comprises an integrated field research project focusing on unexplored offshore regions of the Great Australian Bight.
The Program is a multidisciplinary, multi-objective research program will help industry, government and other stakeholders in understanding the deep water geology and benthic ecology of the GAB. It is a public/private collaborative effort and will be conducted across key academic and government research agencies.
Research findings will be made public for the benefit of Australia including Government, academic institutions, community and environmental groups.
CSIRO will exclude a Tenderer from further consideration and evaluation if CSIRO considers in its absolute discretion that the Tenderer has not met the conditions of participation or mandatory requirements.
