Provision of Procurement and Contract Management Assurance Reviews
Airservices is seeking a suitably experienced Contractor to support the organisation to undertake assurance reviews in accordance with its procurement and contract management assurance maps under a Deed of Standing Offer arrangement.
This procurement will be conducted using Airservices’ SAP Ariba system. Suppliers must be registered on the Airservices’ SAP Ariba system in order to participate in this procurement.
To register and receive an invitation to participate in this RFQ event, Suppliers must send to the Email Address for this RFQ the following details:

Note: If clicking the email link generates an error message, or changes the characters in the email address, please copy and paste the email address from AusTender into your email and ensure the email address is as provided on AusTender.
Once Airservices has received these details, you will be invited to register on the Airservices Ariba Supplier Network platform within one (1) – three (3) business days.
If you are already registered on the Airservices’ SAP Ariba system you can use your existing account however you will still need to provide the information above to receive an invitation to the RFQ Event.

Please note that participating in this procurement process through the Airservices' SAP Ariba system is free of cost.
The following are conditions for participation for this RFQ:
a) The Supplier and any subcontractors proposed in the Quotation must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
b) The Supplier and any subcontractors in the Supplier's Quotation must not be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australian sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
