National CRAC Maintenance Agreement

ASIC has a number of Communications Rooms throughout Australia that contain specific CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioner) and InRow Chilled Water units of various sizes makes and models. A computer room air conditioning (CRAC) or InRow Chilled Water units are equipment that monitors and maintains the temperature, air distribution and humidity in a network, communications room or data centre. These units within the ASIC ITFM portfolio are currently covered by a number of separate maintenance agreements.
Accordingly, ASIC invites suitably qualified consultants/contractors to submit a tender for the ongoing maintenance of ASIC's CRAC systems.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012(Cth)
There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim
