A9047 - ITR – DSC-1 2003 - Singleton Mid-term Refresh
The services include design and related services in respect of the following works:
· upgrade of existing services and in-ground infrastructure, including:
o passive ICT;
o electrical;
o water;
o wastewater;
o stormwater; and
o gas.
· new facilities, including a workshop and administrative building;
· demolition of existing facilities, including ten buildings of various descriptions; and
· upgrade and refurbishment of existing facilities, including working accommodation and mess facilities.
Building Code 2016
The Building Code 2016 does not apply. If the Building Code 2016 applies then by lodging a Registration of Interest, the Applicant will become subject to the Building Code 2016.

PWC Act
The works described in the Invitation to Register Interest are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).
