Future Fund Management Agency is seeking to engage a suitably qualified provider for delivery of a contract register solution.
FFMA manages many different types of agreements, most of which can be categorised as follows:
Commercial investment related agreements such as:
- investment management agreements,
- fund investment agreements,
- shareholder agreements,
- acquisition and sale agreements,
- transfer documents,
- confidentiality agreements
- consultancy agreements
Organisational agreements (i.e. non-investment agreements) such as:
- corporate services e.g. IT services, research subscriptions and consultancy services; and
- lease, premise and other office infrastructure

Condition 1: Identity and financial situation of Tenderer;
Condition 2: Compliance with applicable laws and Commonwealth requirements;
Condition 3: Compliance with workplace gender equality requirements
